英語ネイティブ教員インタビュー①

こんにちは。本校には５人のネイティブ教員がいます。本日は英語ネイティブ教員の紹介をさせていただきたいと思います。

本日インタビューするのはイギリスからやってきたケイラ・フランシス先生です。

 

Where are you from?

– I am from London, England but I was born in South Africa.

What is the time difference between your country and here?

-Japan is 8 hours ahead.

 

How do you like Japan?

-I’m really happy to be here. The food is really good.

What kinds of food do you like?

-I really like ramen and love okonomiyaki and pancakes. Everyone is nice here.

 

What kind of music do you like?

-I like rock music and indie like Kings of Leon. My favorite song is ‘closer’.

What kind of work do you do?

– I teach and assist English classes. I encourage students to learn English and try to make it fun.

What do you usually have with breakfast?

-I usually have a cup of  English breakfast tea and porridge.

 

How long have you been in this office for?

-I’ve been here for a month and a half.

What’s one of your favorite things in this office?

-People. Everyone is lovely and a stuffed fox by Shiraishi sensei.
